Privacy
This website is run by Dusty Bins Limited, 1 Cameron Street, Coatbridge, ML5 2EJ.
What we collect
The website has no forms or accounts and doesn't ask for any personal information. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
Website analytics
We use two analytics services to see how the site is used and where it can be improved.
Google Analytics records which pages are visited, how visitors arrived and roughly where they
are, and, only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner, sets first-party cookies (_ga and
_ga_*) to tell repeat visits apart.
Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — and can
replay a page visit as an anonymous recording. Clarity runs without cookies for visitors in the UK and Europe,
and anything typed into the search box or other fields is masked before it leaves your browser.
Neither service is used for advertising, and we don't try to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics cookies are used only with your consent: until you accept them, or if you choose No thanks, Google Analytics sets no cookies and sends only anonymous, cookieless measurements. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of any page. For Clarity and those cookieless measurements we rely on our legitimate interest in improving the website. Google Analytics keeps visit data for no more than 14 months. Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days and aggregated reports for up to 13 months. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
If you phone or email us, we'll use the details you give us — your name, contact details and what you're enquiring about — to answer your enquiry and, if you order, to supply and invoice your order. We keep these records for as long as we need them for that and for our accounts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing dustybinsuk@outlook.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
